But Why?…MSC is dedicated to ensuring that the government of Illinois is transparent, productive, and accountable. No amount of evidence is needed to suggest that Illinois politics serves something other than the public interest.
Therefore, to ensure that the concerns and needs of ordinary people are met, we have launched a petition campaign to put the Put Back Amendment on the ballot in November 2010.
We have 2 goals:
1) To afford the voters with as many options as possible to reform their government.
2) To allow more voices and leaders into the discussion.
Without the consensus that we are forging on Main Street, solutions coming out of Springfield will continue to fall short of the challenges we face in the 21st century.
Therefore, let us Rally for Reform and put the power of the halls of influence back in Main Street.
